theres so much going on here.. its so beautiful.. and to me, the use of space and color is balanced perfectly across the page.. i really do see and feel the greatness of imam ali in this piece..even tho so much is going on, he conquers it. i love this, excellent job.

It's nice, I'd say it's a little too centered though, you can almost see the yellow area being right in the middle.

true at this scale, but when seen live the yellow forms a picture that many - most in my experience - see- it is of Imam Ali on his horse carrying his twin blade sword - I told a story to a friend before creating it ...

"In the heat of the battle, Imam Ali (May Allah’s Peace upon him) found himself straddling his enemy. A skilled and stealthy warrior, the leader of the faithful (Ameer ul Mo’mineen) was always decisive in battle. Fighting only when the cause was just and necessary, he now held his sword high, ready to deliver the final blow. Then came the great insult. The enemy, seeing his end was near, spat violently into Imam Ali’s face. The sword came down suddenly, not into the man’s heart, but back into its sheath. Imam Ali (May Allah’s peace upon him) quickly got up and withdrew from the fight. The spared combatant looked relieved and exasperated. Why had the great Imam Ali let him live? I was fighting you for the sake of Allah, in the name of God, Imam Ali declared. When you spat in my face I felt anger rise up within me, he continued, and I realized that I was going to smite you, not in the name of justice, but out of revenge for your insult – that was something that I could not do."

This short story is so beautiful for me because in very few words it shows how a true warrior for the Light would act, and I have always strived to have that clarity in my heart, and still do.

It's a person...hmmmm...VERY CREATIVE, even without form it's a great piece but I never imagined you drew one of the Sahabi in it.
